Rising Chat is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not allow minors to use our platform. Users must verify their age during registration.

Prevention Measures

We implement the following measures to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE):

• Strict age verification during registration (18+ only)

• In-app reporting system for inappropriate content

• User blocking and banning capabilities

• Active monitoring of reported content

• Immediate removal of violating accounts

Reporting Mechanism

Users can report child safety concerns directly through the app by:

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and appropriate action is taken immediately.

Compliance with Laws

Rising Chat complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We report any detected CSAM to the appropriate national and regional authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement as required.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any user found sharing, distributing, or engaging in child sexual abuse material will be:

• Immediately banned from the platform

• Reported to law enforcement authorities

• Subject to legal action
