Welcome to Rising Chat ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use the Rising Chat app and website (globallivenetwork.org). By using Rising Chat, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information:

• Email address, name and profile photo (from Google Sign-In or registration)
• Username, display name, user ID and profile details you add

App activity:

• VIP / SVIP level, family club membership, level and experience
• Diamond balance, gifts sent and received, and transaction history
• Voice room participation and in-app messages

Device information: device model, operating system version and push notification token, used to keep the app working and send notifications.

Payment information: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card or payment details.

3. Google Sign-In and Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information: your name, email address and profile photo. We use this data only to create your account, sign you in, show your name and photo in the app, and contact you about your account.

• We do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive, calendar or any other Google data.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• We do not share Google user data with third parties, except our secure hosting provider that stores your account, or when required by law.

Rising Chat's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Microphone, Camera and Photos

• Microphone: used only when you take a seat in a voice room so others can hear you. We do not record or store your voice.
• Camera / Photos: used only when you choose to upload a profile photo, cover or room image.

5. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Provide voice rooms, messages, gifts, games and other features
• Process in-app purchases
• Send important account notifications
• Keep the platform safe and enforce our Terms of Service
• Provide customer support

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (secure database, file storage and voice servers), when required by law, or to protect the safety of our users.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers using encryption in transit and industry-standard security practices. We keep your data while your account is active.

8. Your Rights

• Access a copy of your data by emailing us
• Correct your profile information in the app
• Delete your account at any time

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Settings / About Us → Delete Account, or by following the steps on our Delete Account page. Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed. Diamonds and VIP status will be lost. This cannot be undone.

10. Children's Privacy

Rising Chat is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. See our Child Safety Standards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
