1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Rising Chat, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rising Chat.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for your account and everything done with it.
• Give correct information and do not impersonate anyone.
• One person should not misuse multiple accounts to cheat or abuse features.

4. Community Rules

You agree not to:

• Post or speak sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, bully or scam other users
• Share anyone's personal information without permission
• Involve or target minors in any harmful way
• Use cheats, bots, hacks or bugs to gain advantages
• Sell or trade accounts, diamonds or items outside the app

We may warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

• Diamonds, gifts, VIP/SVIP, frames and other items are virtual items with no real-world money value.
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a program in the app clearly allows it.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• Mini games use only virtual in-app currency and are for entertainment only.

6. Content

You own the content you share, but you give us permission to show it inside the app to provide the service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Termination

You can stop using Rising Chat and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. Virtual items in banned or deleted accounts are lost.

8. Disclaimer

Rising Chat is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
